CCSO Searching For Missing At-Risk Teen

Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office deputies are looking for an at-risk teenager who hasn’t been seen in the area for nearly a week. Kayla Faith Black is a runaway female, age: 16. She is 5’5” tall, 100 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. Photos indicate that she likes to dye her hair different colors. Kayla has a past mental health history and did not take her medications prior to leaving. She is believed to be a danger to herself at this time. Kayla was last seen Thursday, the 6th, at about 4PM and is believed to have been picked up by an unknown person from her rural home in Mountain Ranch. Kayla took her phone with her, however it has been turned off since she was reported missing, with no GPS information. It’s believed she may have disabled the location settings on her phone as well. Kayla previously resided in Livermore, CA and may be returning to that area. She is also believed to have been communicating with a subject in the Tracy area.
