Chamber Offers Classes

The Amador County Chamber of Commerce is inviting local business owners and entrepreneurs to attend two free business seminars next month.  The first seminar, “Google My Business,” will be held Monday, September 14th, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Amador County Chamber of Commerce office in Jackson.  Expert instructor David Nguyen will discuss how business owners can maximize their visibility through their Google Business Profile and create 3D virtual walkthroughs. Coffee and pastries will be provided.  A second free seminar, “Business Plan and Capital Readiness,” is scheduled for Monday, September 21st, also from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Chamber office.  Small Business Advisor Pablo Gomes will cover the fundamentals of creating a strong business plan, understanding financial information, and becoming capital-ready for loans, grants and other funding opportunities.  The seminar is designed for both new and existing business owners looking to build a solid foundation for growth and success. Coffee and pastries will also be provided.  The seminars are open to all, and attendees can choose to attend one or both.
